CHATTOSTRIP 204

CHATTOSTRIP 204 is supplied in powder form.  When used in solution with Sodium Cyanide or Caustic Soda, it can strip almost any deposit from ferrous surfaces. Solutions prepared with Sodium Cyanide can strip Nickel, Copper, Zinc, Tin, Cadmium, Silver and Brass. When used in Caustic solutions, Lead, Tin and Tin-Lead alloys can be stripped. It is an immersion process and can be operated either hot or cold.

CHATTOSTRIP 204 is specially formulated for ease of operation, high capacity for dissolved metal and long working life. Special inhibitors are used to allow a fast stripping rate yet prevent attack or etching of the base metal. This eliminates the need for re-polishing prior to re-plating.  CHATTOSTRIP 204 has very excellent stripping rate. At 60°C, 2.5 microns of Nickel can be removed in 3 minutes. The stripping rate for Copper is twice that of Nickel.

Available in 30kg cartons containing four cartons of 7.5kg each.
